We are currently seeking a Business Development and Partnerships Analyst. Our ideal candidate exhibits a can-do attitude and approaches his or her work with vigor and determination. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.

The Role

  • Play a key role in identifying and establishing new business partnerships, as well as supporting the development of corporate strategies
  • Conduct market analysis and industry research to help internal stakeholders stay aware of the latest trends
  • Identify, monitor, and evaluate companies that are of strategic relevance to Lucid 
  • Conduct business case analysis, present reports summarizing key results and recommendations
  • Create presentation materials, participate in external meetings, and maintain business development activity tracking tools and databases
  • Work cross functionally with engineering, finance, and other teams to meet business objectives

You bring

  • Passion for transforming the automotive and mobility industry
  • Excellent critical thinking, research, and analytical capabilities
  • Financial knowledge, and ability to read and interpret income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Strong familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite of products
  • Self-starter attitude, high attention to detail, and ability to work with ambiguity
  • Strong communication skills, multitasking skills, and ability to solve problems independently
  • Aptitude for driving tasks to completion with minimal guidance while still operating in a team environment
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, corporate development, market or equity research, management consulting, or corporate finance
  • Advantageous
  • Prior experience in automotive, mobility, and relevant adjacent sectors
  • Education Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in management, business, engineering or other relevant fields
